The farm, extending over an area of 50 hectares, is immersed in the homonymous Park of Elmo at an height of 500 metres above sea level. It is just 10 Kms from Orvieto, 20 Kms from Todi, one and a half hour by car from Rome and two hours from Florence.

By Car:
From "Rome-Florence" A1 Highway: exit at "Orvieto" and proceed in direction to "Arezzo" along the statal road SS 71. At the crossing, turn direction "Morrano" and take the provincial road SP 101 and after 7.5 km you'll find the Elmo.

From E45 motorway:
exit at "Orvieto-Todi" and at "Orvieto Scalo" take the statal road SS 71. Then see above instructions.
