It covers more than 50 hectares with hazelnut and olive groves and vegetable gardens.
Vegetable garden
Apennine and Suffolk breeds of sheep as well as saddle horses are selectively raised and the horses are trained and ridden in jumping competitions by the Federal Horseman and Instructor Giulio Agneni.
On the company land, exactly in the cultivated hazelnut grove, there are numerous cultivated truffle grounds that produce the precious tuber: the truffle. It is hunted and gathered in the spring and autumn by the truffle seeker Quinto who uses his highly trained dogs. For every truffle found and brought in, they are rewarded with a small piece of mortadella salami; the truffles that have been gathered are then used in the kitchen to prepare appetising dishes.
